Who We Are
We are a boutique organisation that specialises in bespoke high potential talent leadership programmes. We ideate and facilitate a select portfolio of custom designed leadership and executive team interventions for the clients we partner with across Africa, North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Our clients include corporate organisations, government structures, non-governmental organisations and community-based organisations, and to-date we have delivered more than 70, in person and virtual, leadership programmes and interventions in over 25 countries across five continents

Committed to rigorous disciplines in both design and delivery, to enable a seamless elegance to each learning experience, we work with our clients in their pursuit towards developing insightful leaders. With exclusive focus on building leadership practice, our customized programmes and executive team interventions are known for the sustained, visible impact they deliver to the leaders we work with.
Our programs are rooted in practice building and not training. The distinction is in our focus on the translation of leading-edge thinking, approaches, and tools into sustained personal and organizational practice, and not just on the acquisition of knowledge.
How We Do It
To facilitate shifts in behavior, it is essential to create the opportunity for practice. Our processes are phased with time to apply learning between sessions. Elements of leadership practice are introduced and gathered into learning strands, and these strands are layered across the modules. In each session, the learning strands are deepened for increasing mastery in each area.
Each intervention is designed with the unique configuration of the context, client and group in mind. The intention is to deepen the impact of the learning, include the latest advancements in leadership practice and stay relevant to the evolving needs of the company. Our work has a track record for sustained, visible impact on behaviour.
