The Power of Habit – Charles Duhigg

I am really interested in how we can change our behaviour and so I jumped to order The Power of Habit when I heard about. It is written in an interesting, and accessible manner and lays out the underlying brain patterns that inform how habits are formed and sustained. I am intrigued and am experimenting in my own life with how to shift some habitual behaviour. My motivation is to see if I can entrench some healthy habits relating to exercise (running is not my favourite thing!) and in the process of using the ideas, see how I might be able to structure processes to help others to do the same.
